Me and my pal are in the big smoke... streets paved with chewing gum and fag ends but the odd touch of gold where you least expect it - we got a brilliant interweb deal and are having a couple days doing culture down in London Town. We kicked of by arriving on a lunchtime train and heading across town tot he Tate Britain for an extremely enjoyable mooch - walking through British Art - from 1540 right up to 1970... excellent collection of eclectic art - colourful varied thought provoking and surprisingly familiar in a lot of places..
